Decision 2008
Two weeks old and already Marcelo has seen the Phillies win a World Championship and participated in a historical Presidential election.Today is Abuela Lina's, Marcelo's great-grandmother, birthday. Happy Birthday Abuela, we hope you had a great day!!!

1 Week Old!
I can't believe it's been a week already! Marcelo is such a good baby. . . Jordie and I feel very lucky. We'd also like to thank Abuela Nancy for welcoming our boy home this past week and taking such good care of us. You are amazing and your grandson misses you already!

A bunch of new pics!
Marcelo has now been home for 2 days and he loves his pad. Kelly is a natural at the mom thing and I'm starting to master the art of the diaper change (although earlier today Kelly was the unfortunate recipient of an errant spray - HA!). My mom, who immediately flew up from Miami, has been a tremendous help too. I know I'm biased but this kid has to be the coolest newborn ever. We've received a ton of calls, texts and emails. I personally have not been able to get back to everyone and I apologize for that. We've also received many request to post more pictures, so here it is...You'll notice that there are two slide shows on the right of the page, the most recent of which has 39 new pictures. If you click on the slide show it will take to a larger view of all of the pictures. Check them out and lets us know what you think. Any day now . . .
It's hard to believe that our baby boy will be here soon! Jordie and I greatly appreciate all the love and support from our family and friends. We are overwhelmed by the generous gifts and well-wishes. Thank you!! Please keep us in your prayers over the next few days as we get closer and closer to welcoming our little man into the world.

Last Friday I walked into what I thought was a CAA meeting and when I opened the door there were the usual suspects. Much to my surprise, the meeting (which I was dreading) turned out to be a baby shower. I wanted to take a moment and thank all of you for all of the great gifts!
